I understand that, in order to be placed on the Dock-Slip Waiting-List, I must pay a one-time, non-refundable $100 fee to Briggs Farm Improvement Association. To be put on the Kayak Rack Wait-List, I must pay a one-time, non-refundable $25 fee per kayak rack requested (maximum two per membership). Also, to remain on the Dock or Kayak list, I must be a property owner of record within the Briggs Farm community and I must keep my Association Membership current. If I fail to renew on time I will lose my position on the wait-list. *
